Theta Phi Zeta is accepting applications for four Director positions. Each Director leads a defined area of our work, coordinates activities, and collaborates with the leadership team to advance Sisterhood, Purpose, and Legacy.

Director of Virtual Sisterhood

Purpose: Help members outside Baton Rouge experience meaningful connection, participation, and belonging.

Responsibilities: Plan virtual gatherings; welcome and engage remote members; coordinate online access to programs with the other Directors; gather feedback and track participation.

Director of Communications & Brand Management

Purpose: Share TPZ’s mission clearly and maintain a consistent, recognizable public presence.

Responsibilities: Prepare social posts, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials; maintain a content calendar; use approved colors, crest, and messaging; coordinate review before publishing official communications.

Director of Community Impact

Purpose: Turn TPZ’s service mission into organized projects and meaningful community partnerships.

Responsibilities: Identify community needs and partners; plan outreach within approved budgets; coordinate volunteers and supplies; document participation, people served, and project outcomes.

Director of Membership & Intake

Purpose: Give applicants and new members a clear, organized, and welcoming joining experience.

Responsibilities: Track applications; coordinate leadership review; confirm payment status with authorized financial leadership; follow up on missing steps; coordinate welcome materials and portal access; protect applicant information.

Working together: Membership & Intake guides the joining process. Sisterhood Engagement and Member Experience supports ongoing member connection. Virtual Sisterhood coordinates the remote experience. Directors work within approved plans and do not independently authorize spending or make commitments for TPZ.
